At Cornerstone OnDemand, I worked with our Change Management consulting team to create an eLearning course that would help our clients navigate our organization’s three-phase change management process and generate their own change management plan. The course was novel in that I worked with a leading internet consulting firm to utilize SCORM 2004’s 64,000 character limit to store all user input across multiple Q&A fields in order to feed that data into a comprehensive, printable plan - in effect using the LMS as a program database.
