KPMG’s IT division was leading a global digital model transformation process, nicknamed Digital Nexus, in order to overcome capacity constraints and staffing shortages, provide 24x7 coverage via a “follow-the-sun” model, embed strategic knowledge and expertise, and make in-house IT services competitive to external IT. To this end, they needed a sustainable training strategy and operating model to support this effort. I was brought in as part of a three-person team to create role-based training competencies and curricula, and onboarding collateral for all roles.
