As Senior Learning Design Manager at Cornerstone OnDemand, one of the world’s leading workforce agility product providers, I led my eLearning team in an effort to redesign all 100+ System Administrator online courses that we created and maintained. Client feedback and a recognition of how clients were consuming learning drove this project, and it became clear that a switch from the page-turning, monolithic templates instituted prior to my arrival needed to make way for microlearning and a multi-modal approach to course design.
